 It's a pleasure to present another exceptional coffee from Colombia.

Renowned farmer Jairo Arcila is known for his experimentation of alternative coffee cherry processing methods.

This Honey processed Castillo has undertaken an 18-hour anaerobic fermentation then sundried on raised beds to the ideal moisture content with the mucilage still intact.

This type of fermentation promotes the underlying most obvious characteristic the coffee has on offer. 

Roasted for filter, not espresso
In the cup, we find delicate cherry aromas, cake, muscatel, vanilla, spiced caramel and milk chocolate body.
