Meet Our New Head Chef 👋

We’ve got someone new behind the pass at Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters Albion, and we’re pretty excited to introduce you!

Please welcome our new Head Chef, who brings more than 15 years of experience in the kitchen, starting out in New Zealand before making the move to Brisbane over a decade ago.

Since then, he’s worked his way through some of Brisbane’s best-known kitchens, including Hellenika at The Calile Hotel, Next Hotel Brisbane, Mr Mista, McLeod Country Golf Club, and most recently as Head Chef at Tilley & Wills Hotels.

So, what can you expect from the kitchen at Neighbourhood? Think great local ingredients, delicious food, smooth service and plenty of good energy behind the scenes. His approach is all about letting quality produce shine, while creating a kitchen culture that’s collaborative, positive and (importantly!) keeps things moving when the orders start rolling in.

With a love for good food, a few decades of combined kitchen stories, and plenty of Brisbane experience under his belt, he’s looking forward to getting to know our Albion locals and putting his own stamp on the menu.
