Shipping policy
At Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters we aim to make your shopping experience as happy as possible. We do our best to make sure all the products you have ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, any delays or issues will be communicated with you asap.
Due to COVID 19, there have been delays in delivery, please inform us if your delivery is urgent or time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delays up to 10 business days is still common, even for local deliveries.
Please read our terms carefully prior to purchase as we do not take any returns for change of mind.
- Flat rate for shipping beans, under $50 is $9.50, free freight over $50.
- Flat rate for smaller brewing items at between $10 - $15.00 Australia wide under 5kg. We aim to ship within 48 hours of order. If there are any delays we will let you know asap. We also offer free pickup at our roastery in Albion. Details will be on your confirmation email. Just click on the pick up button instead of delivery!
- Flat rate for larger or multiple items over 5kg $25
- Flat rate for bulkier over 10kg $38
- For large/bulky or fragile items a we use a courier service who quotes depending upon location and cubic meters. This will be quoted for and invoiced separately after your purchase. If you would like to know the freight prior to purchase please email us on orders@neighbourhoodcoffee.com and we will get back to you with the cost.
- Please ensure all your correct delivery details are available and be aware that couriers will re-charge you if you are not home to accept delivery. Deliveries are during business hours only. Deliveries are generally door to door only unless specified.
- All Fresh Products/Coffee must be returned to us within 3 days for inspection. Please see our returns page for more information.
- All products must be inspected for faults within 24 hours of delivery, issues photographed and emailed to orders@neighbourhoodcoffee.com as soon as possible so we can rectify. You will be offered a replacement if possible or refund. We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays in delivery, we will always do our best to keep you informed of any disruption in your delivery. We want you to have your purchase asap too!
