Return Policy

Fresh Product/Coffee:           

We would be pretty surprised if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and it doesn’t meet your expectation. But if that is the case, it must be returned within 3 business days from the date you received it.

You are welcome to exchange it or we do offer a refund on the value of the product only.

It must be still in its original packaging, not damaged and we must receive proof of purchase.

Brewing and other accessories:

  • Please be aware the Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters does not refund or exchange for 'change of mind' purchases.  We will offer a store credit at our discretion for all returns and only offer a refund for faulty goods as per the Australian office of fair trading terms.  
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. The customer is only entitled to a refund (product cost only / less freight cost) or replacement for a major problem with a product. Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters only sources quality products from reputable suppliers, but if you believe a product has a fault you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  We do not accept any returns on sale items / discounted or discontinued items. Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition with all packaging attached. 

  • All products must be inspected for faults within 24 hours of delivery, issues photographed and emailed to orders@neighbourhoodcoffee.com as soon as possible so we can rectify.  We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
  • Neighbourhood Coffee works with the guidelines of manufacturers warranties, please ask prior to purchase should you want more information on these.

We do not provide refunds for digital items such as gift cards.

Subscriptions

Customers who set up recurring deliveries through our subscriptions are responsible for managing them through the online portal with their own login details. Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters is not responsible for stopping or starting dates, please contact us if you have any missing deliveries as soon as possible.
