The single-origin coffee in this tasting box is from the Alaka, Hambela, Wamena Region of Ethiopa. Small family growers hand picking ripe cherries and drying them on raised beds. This natural process highlights the regions signature profile of blueberry, stonefruit, tropical fruit and floral aromatics
